Wet N Wild MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick

TLDR: Love the shades, I enjoy drier liquid lips so I liked this one, Great price, Would recommend

It seems that everyone is talking about this liquid lipstick in the Beauty Guru universe. For its price point, $4.99 at my local Rite Aid, I didn't mind getting it regardless of my opinions of it. I got 3 colors, Rebel Rose, Nudist Peach, and Give Me Mocha. All the shades I have are quite pretty, but Rebel Rose is my favorite.
According to the Wet n Wild website, this lipstick description is:
"What glides on like butter, feels like a second skin and wont budge? Our Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick! Made with glammed out superpowers, it goes on glossy yet transforms into a high - pigmented matte finish with some serious staying power. Read our lips This color is going nowhere.

and claims to have:

  • Vivid Color 
  • Ultra - Matte Finish
  •  Comfortable Wear
On first wear, this does dry matte and is dry on the lips. I can tolerate drying liquid lips just find, but for those that can't, I would bypass this lipstick as there is no hydration to it. That being said, it did not crumble while wearing it. The lipstick did end up wearing away around the inner rim of my mouth, but the color was still there after eating. The color only transferred slightly on my napkin and cup while eating, which is a plus for me. I have tried it both with and without a lip liner, and I don't think a lip liner is necessary for wearing it.  The packaging is great. The doe foot applicator makes it easy to get the line you want. To me, Wet n Wild killed it with this one, and I will be wearing these quite often. I can see why everyone else is raving about this one.
